How to use

    Unscrew the cap from the tube.

    Hold it to your nose

    About 2–3 cm away from your nostrils.

    Breathe in

    Take 1–2 slow, deep breaths through your nose.

    Close it back

    Screw the cap back on so the scent lasts.

Important: do not touch the inside of the nose, and do not use on skin. Keep out of reach of children. With menthol/camphor sensitivity, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, use only with medical approval.
