Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

The consumer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day of receipt, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the European Union.

Important! The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if:

• the product’s original packaging or protective seal has not been removed,
• the product is unused and undamaged,
• the intention to withdraw is indicated by the customer in a clear, written statement (e.g. by email: info@hongthai.hu).

Since the Hong Thai inhaler is a product in sealed packaging for health and hygiene reasons that cannot be returned once opened, the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. Returning the product is therefore not possible once it has been opened.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Service Provider’s return address below within 14 days. The customer arranges the return themselves and bears its direct cost. We are unable to accept parcels returned as cash-on-delivery.

Return address: Hong Thai Hungary, 2370 Dabas, Bartók Béla út 68., Hungary (the entrance is from Balassi Bálint street, from the building’s car park).

We will refund the amount due without delay after the product is returned, but no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
