Shipping

After your order is placed — or, in the case of a pre-order, after the product arrives from Thailand — we usually prepare it and hand it over to the courier service within 1–8 business days. We will notify you by email when your parcel is dispatched!

We deliver parcels with a reliable courier service — to a pickup point or directly to the address you provide. The available shipping methods and fees depend on the country you select:

Home delivery takes place on business days, so please provide a delivery address where you can receive the parcel from the courier.

The courier service will notify you of the expected delivery time via the email/phone contact you provided.

Payment

Purchases are made by bank card, via the secure Stripe payment interface. The total amount payable (product prices plus the shipping fee) is always shown before you finalise your order.
